Noah Glynn received a Bachelor of Arts in Music (Conducting, Composition and Voice) from Plymouth State University (NH), he studied conducting with Dr. Daniel Perkins and voice with Kristofer Johnson and Charles Stanton. In 2005, Noah had his conducting debut with the National Tour of Beethoven’s Wig, and in 2007 was featured as the first-ever Guest Student Conductor of the Lakes Region Symphony Orchestra. Since 2008, Noah has served as music director and conductor for the Ninth State Youth Dance Theater and Orchestra - performing Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker annually. Additionally, Noah organized and conducted the first-annual Sgt. Katherine E. Brunelle Memorial Concert. Now, in its fourth season, he serves as music director and conductor for the event, this year, Noah and the orchestra are working with violinist Janet Jacobson to perform Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto in E minor and will present the world premier of Immemorial, composed by Leonard Bernstein Award and Frederick Fennel Prize recipient Joshua Hummel. Currently, Noah serves as Budget Administrator and Artistic Advisor of Celesti Sondato (adult choir) for The Hartt School Community Division at the University of Hartford. He also is Artisic Director of the Greater New Haven Community Chorus. Noah is currently a candidate for Master of Music in Choral Conducting at The Hartt School – University of Hartford, where he studies with Dr. Edward Bolkovac.
